Applications for the full-time enrollment Lindsay District Hospital Guild scholarship shall be open to any person who graduated from or is a resident of Lindsay or Strathmore or works in Lindsay. 

Full time enrollment applicant must have completed 24 units of college credits and be enrolled in at least one health/medical related course. Click here for the full time application.

Part time enrollment scholarship applications will also be accepted for vocational schools. Applicants who are part time enrolled college students must have completed 12 units of college credits. Click here for the part time application.

The scholarship money may be used for the purpose of undergraduate or graduate course work at a college/university or vocational school. The number and amount of scholarships awarded each year will be left to the discretion of the committee. It will vary according to the number of qualified applicants each year.
